Following the recent OCR rate increase, the Rabobank Loan Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% p.a., effective on and from Monday, 13 July 2026.

We are updating our Rabobank Online Savings Terms and Conditions, effective 10 May 2026. Please find a summary of the key changes, and a link to the full Terms and Conditions below:

1.  Eligible Trust’s may now apply to hold a Trust Account with Rabobank Online Savings;
2. A new clause 19.7 has been added to record that customers may elect to have interest on Term Deposits with a term of two years or more paid monthly, quarterly or six‑monthly; and
3. A new clause 20.4 is added and allows Rabobank to transfer you to a different account type if your current account is no longer available or suitable, or if changes to our products or business require it.

 We have recently made changes to our Fee Schedule for Country Banking clients. You can view these changes below. These changes take immediate effect from 24 April 2026.

1. We have reduced the Overseas EFTPOS Fee and Overseas Decline Transaction Fee to nil.
2. We have updated the Overseas ATM Cash Withdrawal Fee to $0.80.

Open the mobile app relevant to you:

• Rabobank NZ for Agribusiness clients
• Rabobank Online Savings NZ for Online Savings customers

Once logged in:

1. Tap the Settings menu at the top of the screen
2. Select Contact us
3. Choose the appropriate Local or Overseas phone number

We are updating our General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Terms and Conditions for Rabobank Deposits, effective 15 April 2026.  Access the updated Terms and Conditions here. Please find a summary of the key changes below.

Clause 13.3 has been added to the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts:

13.3        We may choose to transfer you to another Account type if:

(a)   a type of Account is no longer available;

(b)   you are no longer eligible for that type of Account;

(c)   we consider that a transfer to another type of Account is appropriate for your circumstances;

(d)   it is to reflect changes to the type of Account and/or how we offer the type of Account; or

(e)   it is to enable changes that are reasonably necessary for our other legitimate business purposes.
