The application process

Your application will be reviewed to make sure we have everything we need
3.
We will be in contact within 2 business days about your application and let you know if we require any additional information
4.
Once your account is opened we will send you a Welcome email with information on how to access your account.
To be eligible to open an account
You'll need to be:
- A New Zealand tax resident and reside in New Zealand
- 12 years or older
You'll need to have:
- A New Zealand bank account in your name with another financial institution
- A valid driver licence or passport with a minimum of 30 days before expiry from the date of application
- Your mobile phone to receive a verification code via text message
- A smart device (mobile phone or tablet) to download the Rabobank Online Savings App to register for multi-factor authentication (Secure Code)
