Succession Planning Workshop

Through this workshop you will build confidence to start the process of succession planning, understand the difference between: asset transfer/business continuance / inter-generational land ownership, discovery of all the information that goes into a succession plan, what support is available / what may be most useful for your business, how to clarify roles and responsibilities, how to learn from common mistakes, what a roadmap may look like, and identifying the next steps to make real progress. This workshop is open to the rural community including clients and non-clients.
