Following the recent OCR rate decrease, the Rabobank Loan Variable Rate will reduce by 0.35% p.a., effective on and from Wednesday, 15 October 2025.

Long term industry capacity and investing in the future leaders of the rural industry is an important focus for Rabobank, so we sponsor one employee to attend a Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme each year. This is a highly respected rural and primary sector programme, providing knowledge and skills for:

  •  Personal development and growth
  • Developing the 'contextual intelligence' and thinking required for leadership
  • Gaining greater insights into the primary industry sector
  • Making strategic connections and networks.

Many graduates of the programme have gone on to achieve successful careers in leadership roles in New Zealand agriculture.

Selection Process

All applications will be reviewed by the Senior Leadership team and a decision will be made based on the eligibility of the applicant.
