Competition summary
Rabobank’s Term Deposit Competition (“Competition”) provides existing Rabobank Online Savings customers who have a Term Deposit maturing between 22 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 with the chance to win one (1) of five (5) $1,000NZD prizes, paid into their RaboSaver Account.
How to enter
1. Participation in the Competition is easy. Simply reinvest your Term Deposit with Rabobank between 22 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 to automatically go in the draw to win one (1) of five (5) $1,000NZD prizes, paid into your Rabobank Online Savings RaboSaver Account.
2. The Competition begins on 22 October 2025 and ends at 11.59pm on 31 December 2025 (“Competition Period”).
3. All participants must be eligible to enter the Competition, as set out in the ‘Terms and Conditions of Entry’ below.
4. Reinvesting a current Term Deposit during the Competition Period is deemed to be acceptance of the full ‘Terms and Conditions of Entry’ below.
5. You can choose not to participate in the Competition by notifying Rabobank Marketing at fm.nz.marketing@rabobank.com in writing.

Terms and conditions of entry
Please read our terms and conditions to make sure that you meet the criteria for entering the Competition.
Criteria for entry
1. You are eligible to enter the Competition if you have an existing Rabobank Online Savings Term Deposit that is maturing between 22 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 and you reinvest that Term Deposit with Rabobank New Zealand Limited ("Rabobank") by 11.59pm on 31 December 2025.
2. Five (5) winners will be selected. All decisions made by Rabobank are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. If a participant is under the age of 18 years they acknowledge that they have their parent or guardian's permission to enter the Competition and agree that their parent or guardian may be required to sign acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Entry on their behalf prior to claiming any Prize.
4. If a participant breaks their Term Deposit and requests an early withdrawal of their reinvested Term Deposit during the Competition Period, or prior to the Prize draw, they will not be eligible to participate in the Competition or be selected as a Prize winner.
5. Reinvesting a current Term Deposit during the Competition Period is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

Prizes
7. Five (5) winners will receive one (1) prize each of $1,000.00NZD (“Prize”). Prize money will be directly deposited into each winner’s Rabobank Online Savings RaboSaver Account.
8. The Prize draw will occur the week commencing 26 January 2026.
9. Winners will be verified by Rabobank. Once successfully verified, the Prize will be directly deposited into each winner’s Rabobank Online Savings RaboSaver Account within 14 days of being notified.
10. The winners will be notified by telephone. Inability to contact a winner within fourteen (14) days of selection will result in the Prize being forfeited and an alternative entry will be selected to receive the Prize.
11. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
12. Use of the Term Deposit and RaboSaver Accounts, and participation in all associated Prize draws, is subject to Rabobank’s Online Savings Terms and Conditions.
13. The winners are responsible for all tax or other costs that may be associated with the Prize.
General
14. The promoter of the Competition is Rabobank New Zealand Limited, Level 4, 32 Hood Street, Hamilton.
15. The Competition is open to New Zealand residents and citizens only. Employees of Rabobank and its related companies (as defined by the Companies Act 1993), their spouse (either married or de facto) and their dependents (children and/or parents living with them) are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
16. Each participant consents to the personal information given being disclosed to companies related to Rabobank, and being used in the running of this Competition and for marketing purposes by Rabobank (including marketing by electronic means). Rabobank may be contacted on 0800 22 44 33 if an entrant wishes to gain access to or correct their personal information or to opt-out of their personal information being used for marketing purposes.
17. Submitters to the Competition and the winners consent to their first name, region and first letter of their surname being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.
18. By claiming the Prize, you agree that Rabobank New Zealand can (in its discretion) use your first name and region in outdoor and radio media, and on its social media platforms or website including, but not limited to, Facebook and LinkedIn. Your name and region may be used for promotional purposes or other updates relating to this competition. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing.
19. A failure or delay by Rabobank in exercising any power or right shall not operate as a waiver of that power or right.
20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Rabobank and its suppliers exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the submission of the entry, any photos, the Competition or any Prize.
21. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Rabobank, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, Rabobank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Competition, including the Prize.
