For the past decade, RaboDirect has operated as the online savings division of Rabobank. RaboDirect customers have told us they appreciate the fact that their savings are used to support New Zealand food producers and agribusiness. As a result, we have decided to bring our online savings customers and farming clients together under one brand, Rabobank. This means RaboDirect will be changing to Rabobank Online Savings and bringing our websites together as  

On the new  single website, you’ll have easy to access online banking, product information, help and support and contact details. You’ll find your products and accounts under Rabobank Online Savings.

We have made some improvements to your online banking experience and delivered a new mobile app.

To install the new Rabobank NZ Online Savings mobile app please follow these simple steps to start using your new app:

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.




2. After you have downloaded the Rabobank Online Savings NZ mobile banking app you need to register it.You’ll need your Digipass and customer number from your welcome letter.
