Competition Summary

Rabobank New Zealand Limited (“Rabobank”) is saying ‘thank you to our Farmers and Growers’ by offering readers of Farmer’s Weekly magazine the chance to win one of three Hunting & Fishing New Zealand gift cards valued at $1,000 (“Competition”).

To enter, scan the QR code in the Farmer’s Weekly magazine and complete your online entry. What would you do with your Hunting & Fishing New Zealand gift card this summer? Entry is easy, why not try your luck.

How to Enter

1. Participation in the Competition is easy. Scan the QR code in the Farmer’s Weekly magazine and enter your name, contact telephone number, email address, and region.

2. The Competition begins on 20 November 2023 and ends at 11.59pm on 5 December 2023 (“Competition Period”).

3. You can submit as many entries as you like.

4. All entrants must be eligible to enter the Competition, as set out in the ‘Terms and Conditions of Entry’ below.

5. Completing the entry form is deemed acceptance of the full terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

Please read our terms and conditions before submitting an entry, to make sure you are eligible to submit an entry and meet the criteria for entering the Competition.

Submissions

1. All entries must be submitted via the QR code in the Farmer’s Weekly magazine and official online entry form. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

Criteria for Entry

2. All entries submitted between 20 November 2023 and 11.59pm on 5 December 2023 will be eligible for the Competition.

3. The Competition is open to entrants who satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• Entrants must be over 18 years of age at the start of the Competition Period;
• Entrants must be a New Zealand resident or citizen;
• Entrants must not an employee or director of Rabobank or its related entities, or part of the immediate families of an employee or director of Rabobank;

Prizes

4. Three (3) winners will be selected at random. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The three (3) winners will each receive a Hunting & Fishing New Zealand gift card to the value of NZD$1,000 (“Prize”).

6. The Hunting & Fishing NZ gift card can only be used in-store and can be used to purchase any products store wide. Valid for 5 years from the purchase date.

7. Winners will be notified by telephone. Inability to contact a winner within fourteen days of selection will result in the Prize being forfeited and a winner being selected to receive the Prize.

8. The Prize is not exchangeable or transferable.

9. The Prize will only be delivered in New Zealand by tracked courier. The winners should allow 28 days from notification for delivery.

General

10. The promoter of the Competition is Rabobank New Zealand Limited, 32 Hood Street, Hamilton, New Zealand.

11. Each entrant consents to the personal information given being disclosed to companies related to Rabobank, and being used in the running of this Competition and for marketing purposes by Rabobank (including marketing by electronic means). Rabobank may be contacted on 0800 500 933 if an entrant wishes to gain access to or correct their personal information or to opt-out of their personal information being used for marketing purposes.

12. Submitters to the Competition and winners consent to their name being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.

13. The winners agree to be available for any publicity (via social and digital media) with Rabobank.

14. Rabobank is not responsible for entries that are undeliverable due to a fault or delay in any electronic transmission.

15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Rabobank and its suppliers exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the submission of photos, the Competition or any Prizes.

16. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Rabobank, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, Rabobank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Competition, including the Prizes.
