Competition Summary
Rabobank New Zealand Limited (“Rabobank”) invites farmers to participate in Surfing for Farmers for a chance to win one of 27 Platino Foam Top 9ft Surfboards valued at $500 each ("Competition"). It’s all part of our mission to support rural communities across New Zealand.
How to Enter

Terms and Conditions of Entry
Please read our terms and conditions before submitting your entry to make sure you meet the criteria for entering the Competition.
Submissions
1. All entries must be submitted via the Surfing for Farmers registration form.
2. The registration form is available at the learn to surf sessions and is required to be filled out prior to the session starting. This is a physical paper form and is not available online.
3. Organisers will collect forms after they have been returned and will keep in a secure location until the winners are drawn at the appropriate date.
4. Entry to the Competition is limited to one entry per person.

7. All entries submitted between 7 November 2023 and 31 March 2024 will be eligible for the Competition.
8. Entry is available for all Surfing for Farmers participants
9. Entrants must be over 18 years of age at the start of the Competition Period.
10. The Competition is open to entrants who satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

11. Twenty-seven (27) winners will be selected at random. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Each of the twenty-seven (27) winners will receive a Platino Foam Top 9ft Surfboard valued at NZD$500 (“Prize”).
13. Winners will be notified by telephone. Inability to contact a winner within fourteen (14) days of selection will result in the Prize being forfeited and an alternative entry will be selected to receive the Prize.
14. The Prize is not exchangeable or transferable.
15. The Prize will only be delivered in New Zealand. The winners should allow 28 days from notification for delivery.
16. Rabobank may request a photograph or video from the winners with their Prize.
General
17. The promoter of the Competition is Rabobank New Zealand Limited, Level 4, 32 Hood Street, Hamilton.
18. Each entrant consents to the personal information given being disclosed to companies related to Rabobank, and being used in the running of this Competition and for marketing purposes by Rabobank (including marketing by electronic means). Rabobank may be contacted on 0800 500 933 if an entrant wishes to gain access to or correct their personal information or to opt-out of their personal information being used for marketing purposes.
19. Submitters to the Competition and the winner consents to their name being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.
20. The winner agrees to be available for any publicity with either Rabobank or Surfing for Farmers.
21. If participants fail to adequately complete the Surfing for Farmers registration form, that entry will not be accepted into the Competition.
22. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Rabobank and its suppliers exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the submission of the entry, any photos, the Competition or any Prize.
23. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Rabobank, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, Rabobank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Competition, including the Prize.
