1. The competition is run by Rabobank New Zealand Limited (“Rabobank”).

2. Information on details of entry and prizes contained in any relevant Facebook post(s) by Rabobank form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition in accordance with the instructions in relevant Facebook post(s) is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. The competition commences on 1 March 2022 and closes on 15 March 2022 (“Competition Period”).

4. Free entry into the Competition is open during the Competition Period for persons who satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

(a) Are over 18 years at the commencement of the Competition;

(b) Are New Zealand residents; and

(c) Are not employees or directors of Rabobank and its related entities, its retailers, suppliers, associated companies, agencies or part of the immediate families of such employee or director. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

5. Prize: There is one prize of a 12 month subscription to the Shepherdess magazine worth $59.80 (“Prize”).

6. The winner will be chosen at random by Rabobank from the valid entries (“Winner”) on during the week of 15 March 2022 and will be notified by Facebook private message.

7. Rabobank’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf.

9. The Winner takes the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Rabobank in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Prize. The Winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the Prize. Where the Prize has associated terms and conditions the Winner accepts the Prize subject to those terms and conditions and restrictions.

10. Each entrant consents to their personal information supplied in connection with entry into the competition (“Personal Information”) being collected and used by Rabobank and its related entities for running the Competition and for marketing purposes (including marketing by electronic means). Each entrant also consents to their Personal Information being disclosed to other members of the Rabobank group, it’s intermediaries and contractors, including their employees and agents, and any third parties who offer services complementary to those services offered by Rabobank, where the disclosure is for commercial or marketing purposes, or in connection with this Competition;

11. Rabobank may be contacted on 0800 622 722 if an entrant wishes gain access to their Personal Information or to stop their Personal Information from being used for marketing purposes.
