How do I register on the mobile app?

To register on the mobile app, you will need to first register using Agribusiness online.

Once you have registered online, you can now register on the Rabobank Agribusiness Mobile app using your username and passcode (PIN + token code).

Click on ‘Login using RSA’ and follow the prompts.


What is RSA?

RSA is the token you should have received in the mail, and you will need it to access online banking.

How do change my mobile app PIN?

To change your mobile app PIN, you can do so by:

  1. Tapping on Hamburger Menu
  2. Tap PIN/Biometrics then select Change PIN
  3. Enter in your current PIN
  4. Enter in new PIN
  5. Confirm your new PIN
  6. PIN changed successfully
  7. You will then be logged out and you’ll need to log back in with your new PIN

I forgot my PIN

If you've forgotten your mobile banking PIN, you can reset your registration from the app log in screen by tapping "I forgot my PIN". You'll be prompted to reset your registration using your username and passcode (just like when you first registered for mobile banking).


My account is locked, how do I unlock it?

If your Mobile PIN has been locked, you can reset your registration from the app log in screen by tapping "I forgot my PIN". You'll be prompted to reset your registration using your username number and passcode (just like when you first registered for mobile banking).


Can I install the Rabobank Farm Business Mobile App on more than one phone or tablet?

Yes, you can download and register the Rabobank Agribusiness Mobile App on multiple devices.

You’ll need your username and passcode to register the first time.


Where can I download the Agribusiness Mobile App?

Rabobank's Farm business Mobile app for New Zealand is available on the Apple App store for Apple devices and Google play store for Android devices. Simply search for the latest version by typing in "Rabobank Agri Services Mobile NZ" and follow the download prompts.


When setting up a Fixed Rate Booking, how do I navigate from the interest rate screen to complete the rate booking?

Select your preferred interest rate from the available options. Click on the back (<) arrow at the top left-hand of the screen to return to the overview screen to return to the overview screen and complete your fixed rate booking.


Am I able to change my daily transaction limit on the Rabobank Mobile Banking App?

No, you cannot change your daily transaction limit for mobile banking. For higher limits, please use Rabobank Internet Banking from your computer.

Am I able to print out a receipt using the Rabobank Mobile Banking App?

The Rabobank Mobile Banking App does not offer a receipt print function, however as you progress through a transaction you are able to take a screen shot (saved as a picture on your device) if you would like to keep a receipt and print at a later date.

Can I use the Rabobank Mobile App on multiple mobile devices?

Yes, you can download the Rabobank Mobile Banking App to an additional handset however, you will need to download and re-register the App on the additional device.

Can I view or modify future dated payments?

You are not able to either view or amend future dated payments in the Rabobank Mobile Banking App. Please modify these payment details using your Rabobank Internet Banking.

Does Balance Peek expose my personal information?

The information displayed from Balance Peek is the same as it would be displayed on an ATM receipt. No names or account numbers are visible.
