Application process and selection criteria

No tertiary education is required and Rabobank client status is not a prerequisite. Participants however, must actively contribute to teamwork and discussions and should be prepared to handle a heavy workload – including evening group assignments. With positions in each program limited to 36, selection is on a merit basis at the discretion of the Rabobank selection committee. Participants in each program are also selected to provide regional diversity and represent a broad cross section of agricultural sectors.
